Netflixが配信に参加しなければ、これまでと同じに、NHKやその他の民放が放映権を競り落とし、結果として日本国民は無料で国民的イベントを見ることができただろう。
出場している選手も監督も関係者の全ては、Netflixが利益を上げることなど望んではいないのだから。
