米通商代表部は6月2日、日本を含む60カ国・地域が強制労働で生産された製品の輸入を禁じる措置を十分に取っておらず、米国製品が競争上不利な立場に置かれるとして、通商法301条に基づき追加関税を検討していると明らかにした。
日本の追加関税率は12.5％としている。
制裁は、ディアスカネル氏の妻リス・クエスタ・ペラサ氏や、カストロ家の２人を含むその他の４人、そしてキューバ革命軍事省など５団体が対象。
米国とキューバは長い間、対立を続けてきましたが、トランプ氏は石油を使ってキューバを「兵糧攻め」にする狙いの様です。。
米国の制裁を恐れた中南米の周辺国は、キューバに対し厳しい姿勢を取るようになりました。
その結果、メキシコからキューバへの石油輸出が途絶えました。
キューバにとって、メキシコとベネズエラは2大石油輸入国だった。

遂に支那国は、米国を怒らせてしまった。
今後は、支那国製部品を使う製品や企業に高い関税をかける事で、支那国の経済の弱体化を進めるだろう。
まず、支那国製のEVは完全にシャットダウンだ。
支那国に追従する親中国に対しては、政治的に介入し軍隊を派遣することも厭わないだろう。
ベネスエラやイラン制裁もその一つの戦略である。
静かに、米中戦争は始まっているのだ。
日本の企業も早急に支那国に見切りをつけて、できるだけ早く資本を引き上げたほうが良いだろう。
米国や日本を裏切って中国と蜜月な関係に浸る本田技研は、今後は米国にとって最も危険な企業として見られることになるだろう。
