　日本のオールド・メディアは長い間、保守政権を攻撃することが、自分たちの使命だと思いこんできた。
　リベラルな思想こそ、目指すべき方向であり、戦争を避ける最も有効な手段だと考えている。
　しかし、混沌とした世界の中で、他の国の人達は迷うこと無く保守政権を支持する人達が増えている。
　覇権国家が台頭している世界では、自国の財産や生命を守る為には仕方のないことだ。
　日本では、多くの中高年層が依然として「保守主義＝軍国主義」という等式を信じている。
　これは旧来のメディアによって植え付けられた考え方である。
　だが、オールド・メディアとの接触の機会が少ない今の若い人達はそうではない。
　偏った価値観に染まることなく、SNS等で様々な人の意見を知り、自分で判断する事が出来る。
　我々の様な高齢者も彼らを見習って、様々な情報を集め知ることで、自分で物事を判断しなければならない。

For a long time, Japan's old media outlets have believed that their mission is to attack conservative governments.
The old media believes that liberal thinking is the direction we should be heading and the most effective way to avoid war.
However, in this chaotic world, more and more people in other countries are supporting conservative governments without hesitation.
In a world where hegemonic powers are on the rise, it's unavoidable to protect one's own property and lives.
Many middle-aged and elderly people in Japan still believe in the equation "conservatism equals militarism," which has been instilled in them by the old media.
However, this is not the case for young people today who have fewer opportunities to interact with the old media.
Without being influenced by biased values, one can learn about the opinions of various people through social media and other means, and make their own judgments.
We older people must follow their example, gather and learn various kinds of information, and make our own judgments.
