約11億7000万円に上る未交付の政党交付金の行方はどうなる。

　実質的に政治活動を終える政党が税金を原資とする交付金を受け取ろうとしている。

　一人政党となって、政治活動を行わない政党が、当初に選挙で生じた債務の支払いに、年間を通して支給される政党助成金を受け取り、充てることは法的に問題ないのだろうか？。

　法的に問題がなくても、人道的には大きな問題だと思うのは私だけではないだろう。

債務の清算後に政党交付金が余った場合、政党が解散する際に残額について国庫への返還が問題となります。

　今後の焦点は、受給の可否だけでなく、その公金を中道改革連合が最終的にどう処理するのかという点にあります。

　たとえ法的な問題をクリアできたとしても、重い政治責任は免れません。

At issue is the fate of approximately 1.17 billion yen in undistributed political party subsidies.

Can a party that is effectively ceasing its political activities receive subsidies funded by taxpayer money?

Is there any legal problem with using the funds to settle debts incurred during the election?

If there is a surplus of subsidies after debts are settled, the question arises as to whether the remaining amount must be returned to the national treasury upon the party's dissolution.

The focus going forward is not merely on whether the party is eligible to receive the funds.

But on how the Centrist Reform Alliance ultimately handles this public money.

Even if legal hurdles are cleared, the party cannot escape grave political responsibility.
