W300A2スピーカーシステム用のスライドレールを入手／Acquired slide rails for the W300A2 speaker system.

 　6月末にAmazonで発注していたスライドレールが届きました。

流石にこの値段ですから、精度はあまり良くないです。

スライドレールの表面の仕上がりは荒く、スライドブロックとの精度もよくありません。

すこしガタつく感じですが、値段を考えると妥当な物と諦めるべきでしょう。

　業務用で使っていた日本製品のカチッとした精度の高さを、中国製品に求めるのは無理でしたね。

　最終的には、何かのロック機構が必要になるかも知れません。

　加工穴の位置等の精度には問題がないようです。

The slide rails I ordered from Amazon at the end of June have arrived.

Given the price, the precision isn't particularly high.

The surface finish is rough, and the fit with the slide block leaves something to be desired.

There is a bit of play, but considering the cost, I suppose it is acceptable.

It was unrealistic to expect the kind of solid, high-precision feel found in the Japanese-made products used in industrial settings from this Chinese-made item.

I might eventually need to add some sort of locking mechanism.

However, the precision regarding the placement of the mounting holes seems to be fine.

　

　

　実物が入手できたことで、穴位置等が測定できますので、CAD内のいたデータに穴位置を反映させることが可能になります。

Now that we have obtained the actual part, we can measure the hole locations and incorporate that data into the CAD model.
