 　米国のマイクロソフトが発表！　PHPを攻撃したのは中国政府のサイバー部隊／Microsoft (US) reveals: Chinese government cyber unit behind attacks on PHP.

　米国のマイクロソフト社は10月21日、中国政府のハッカー集団が中国系のＡＩツールである「ＡＲＴＥＸ」を使って、世界各国の数百の組織を標的としたサイバー攻撃を実行したと発表した。

　中国政府所属のハッカー集団は「ストーム０９４０」と呼ばれ、２０２１年から活動していた。

　日本の「ＧＭＯインターネットグループ」のセキュリティー関連の子会社が調査した結果によると、日本の金融や物流などの企業を標的としたサイバー攻撃は、やはり中国系AIのアルテックスが使われていた事が判っている。

On October 21, Microsoft announced that a hacker group linked to the Chinese government had been using a Chinese AI tool called "ARTEX" to carry out cyberattacks targeting hundreds of organizations worldwide.

This state-linked Chinese hacker group, known as "Storm 0940," has been active since 2021.

Furthermore, an investigation by a security-focused subsidiary of the GMO Internet Group has revealed that tools from the Chinese AI company "Artex" were used in cyberattacks targeting Japanese companies in the financial and logistics sectors.

 　近年、世界経済や人命に壊滅的な被害をもたらした出来事の多くは、実のところ、中国政府による世界支配に向けた準備であると私は考えている。

　世界中で多くの命を奪った新型コロナウイルスは中国の武漢で発生したが、多くの科学者は、このウイルスが同地に存在する生物兵器研究所から流出したのではないかと疑っている。

　しかし、今回我々が直面しているのは、生物兵器そのものではなく、いわば「ウイルス・プログラム」のようなものだ。

　これは偶発的な流出ではなく、中国が主導した全人類に対する攻撃であり、世界経済に甚大な混乱を引き起こすことを意図したものと思われる。

　中国が世界中の人々を標的にし、その財産や生命に深刻な害を与えていることを踏まえれば、同国をあらゆる国際システムから切り離す必要があるかもしれない。

　さらに、中国の人々は政府の完全な統制下に置かれているため、国内で生き延びるためには、「人間性」や「基本的な人間としての良識」を捨てざるを得ない状況に追い込まれている可能性がある。

I believe that most of the events in recent years that have caused catastrophic damage to the global economy and to human life are, in fact, preparations by the Chinese government for world domination.

The coronavirus, which claimed so many lives worldwide, originated in Wuhan, China; many scientists suspect that the virus leaked from a biological weapons laboratory located there.

In this current instance, however, we are dealing not with a biological weapon, but with a "virus program."

This does not appear to be an accidental leak, but rather an attack on all of humanity—orchestrated by China—with the intent of causing major disruption to the global economy.

Given that China targets people across the globe, inflicting severe harm on their property and lives, it may be necessary to isolate the country from all global systems.

Furthermore, because the Chinese people live under the total control of their government, they may find that, within their own country, they have no choice but to abandon their "humanity" and "basic human common sense" just to survive.
