沖縄県名護市の辺野古沖で船2隻が転覆し、同志社国際高の生徒ら2人が死亡した。
生徒らが乗ったのは米軍普天間飛行場の移設に抗議する団体の人たちが抗議を行う時に使用する船だった。
同志社国際高によると、事故に遭ったグループは、同日午後0時半ごろまで辺野古基地の建設現場をボートから見学する予定だった。
辺野古に行って、平和教育と言い換えた抗議活動の見学を行うようになった経緯などは不明と同志社国際高は説明した。
転覆した船については「運航主体は把握していない」「抗議団体だからこの船を選んだということはない」とした。
Two boats capsized off the coast of Henoko in Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture, killing two people, including a student from Doshisha International High School.
The boat the students were on was one used by groups protesting the relocation of the U.S. Marine Corps Futenma Air Station.
According to Doshisha International High School, the group involved in the accident was scheduled to tour the Henoko base construction site by boat offshore during the morning of that day.
Doshisha International High School explained that it is unclear how they came to visit Henoko and conduct observations of protest activities, which they rebranded as peace education.
They said they "don't know the operating status" of the capsized ship and that they "didn't choose this ship knowing it was carrying protesters."

同志社国際高によると、転覆した船が船舶保険に加入していたかどうかは確認していなかったそうです。
しかも、法律的に乗客を乗せてはいけない船だったそうです。
船のことは何も知らなかったとコメントしていますが、信じられないくらい無責任ですね。
辺野古の基地問題を子供たちに訴えて、純真な子供たちを洗脳したかったのでしょう。
高校生達はまだ純粋なので、こんな年頃に対して左翼教育を行うのは、教育機関として正しいのか大変疑問です。
反対勢力の立場からだけの説明ですから、危険思想が心に埋め込まれる可能性があります。
もう少し年齢を重ね、世界の状況等の知識を得て、自分で物事を判断できるように成ってから、そして公正な立場で教育を行うべきでしょう。

I believe that it is wrong for educational institutions to instill radical liberal ideologies in high school students, who are still innocent at that age.
Because education is based solely on the perspective of the opposing side, there is a risk that dangerous ideologies may be instilled in children.
I believe they need to be a little older, gain more knowledge about world affairs, and then be able to understand things from a more objective perspective.
