今、落合信彦氏の本が面白い／I'm currently enjoying Nobuhiko Ochiai's books.

　図書館で借りてきて読んだ本なのですが、非常に面白い。

　彼が1941年に生まれて20歳の頃のエピソードですから、1960年代のアメリカでの彼の経験、エピソード、経験等を語った本でした。

　彼が空手の有段者であった為、大学や街なかで空手道場を開いていたそうです。

　まだ日本の空手は、米国の田舎町では殆ど知られていなくて、神秘的にも捉えられていた時代です。

　しかも、米国は世界一の力を誇っていた頃でもあり、人種差別も完全には撤廃されていない中での経験談です。

　彼の道場には多様な人種や階級の人が入門していたそうで、其の中には特殊な宗教や主義、活動をしていた人も居たそうです。

　特に興味深かったのは、米国内のナチズムに心酔していた青年の事件です。

　結局その青年は、自分に挫折して自殺するのですが、その経緯も、その語の話もとても興味深くて、いかにも当時のアメリカを象徴しているように思えました。

　沢山の彼のアメリカに対する思いや愛情が語られた、非常に面白く内容の濃い本だと思います。

　まだ読んでいない人には、お勧めしたい本です。

I borrowed this book from the library and read it, and it's very interesting.

This book recounts episodes from when the author, born in 1941, was 20 years old.

It's a book that describes his experiences, anecdotes, and other events in America during the 1960s.

Because he held a black belt in karate, he ran martial arts gym at the university and in the city.

This was a time when Japanese karate was still largely unknown in rural American towns and was even viewed with a sense of mystery.

This is a story from a time when the United States was the most powerful nation in the world, and racial discrimination had not yet been completely eradicated.

His karate gym attracted people of various races and social classes, some of whom belonged to specific religions, ideologies, or activist groups.

What I found particularly interesting was the case of a young man in the United States who was infatuated with Nazism.

Ultimately, the young man became disillusioned with himself and committed suicide, but the circumstances surrounding his death and the story behind it were very interesting and seemed to symbolize America at that time.

I think this is a very interesting and insightful book, filled with his thoughts and love for America.

For those who haven't read it yet, I would recommend this book.
